Process consulting is used to assist groups in working out issues and concerns as well as developing opportunities for growth. Interventions: This involves working with groups to resolve communication and leadership issues. Groups are assisted in resolving conflicts and creating a plan for working together well. Continuous Improvement: This intervention is for CEO's and managers who may already be doing well, but desire to achieve excellence at a higher level. Focus groups and interviewing: These are used to gather data for assessing current state, resolving issues, and assisting leaders in continuous improvement Rates for leadership development, visioning, and process consulting are from $1200 to $1500 per day plus materials. Half days are from $650 to $800.00. Expenses are charged only when overnight stay is necessary. Hourly rates based on the daily rate will be established for shorter meetings--minimum charge two hours per visit.
